The Berrics is a 32,625 sq foot space located in Downtown Los Angeles’ Arts District. The space houses one of the most famous private skatepark facilities, and doubles as an studio, event, and music venue with sound stage built into the park. There’s a private parking lot adjacent to the skatepark available for outdoor needs. There are numerous private rooms inside the space that are also available for use.
